Participation in Mandalay Resort Group Vacation Giveaway's ("Sweepstakes") constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes will begin on 12:00pm May 1, 2002 Pacific Standard Time and end at 11:59 p.m. on June 27, 2002 Pacific Daylight Time. Mandalay Resort Group Vacation Giveaway is sponsored by Mandalay Resort Group & Lasvegas.com located at 3950 Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 and 1111 W. Bonanza Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89125.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Except where prohibited by law, the Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, (except New York and Florida), District of Columbia and Canada (except Quebec) who are 21 years of age or older.

2. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Sweepstakes only by visiting the Sweepstakes website at http://www.lasvegas.com and completing the "Enter to Win" form. You must provide your name, a physical address and valid email address for the submission to be valid. Only one entry may be submitted per email address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted a user profile, the entry will be deemed submitted by the registered holder of the email account. Entrants consent to receive information from Mandalay Resort Group and Lasvegsa.com regarding other promotional offers.

3. THE PRIZE AND ESTIMATED TOTAL VALUE OF MONTHLY GRAND PRIZES-- 8 (Eight) TO BE AWARDED EACH MONTH: (16 prizes total). Estimated total value to be $4,500. Prizes include: Eleven pairs of two tickets for 1 of the following shows: Blue Man Group, Midnight Fantasy, Storm, Lance Burton, or Tournament of Kings Dinner Show. Five Grand Prizes include: (1) a three night stay at the Mandalay Bay in a honeymoon suite, two spa passes to the Mandalay Bay spa (treatments not included), and two tickets to Storm. (2) a three-night stay at the Luxor in a Jacuzzi suite, two spa passes to the Luxor Spa (treatments not included), and two tickets to the Blue Man Group. (3) a three-night stay at the Monte Carlo, two spa passes to the Monte Carlo Spa (treatments not included), and two tickets to Lance Burton. (4) a three-night stay at the Excalibur, and two tickets to the Tournament of Kings. (5) a three-night stay at Circus Circus, and two passes to the Adventure Dome Theme Park, and two passes to the breakfast buffet. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or cash alternatives for the prize are allowed. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on prizes and incidental expenses, including but not limited to transportation, gratuities, meals, and long distance phone charges, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prizes expire on June 30, 2003 at which time all travel must be completed. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries.

4. THE WINNER: Sixteen winners will be selected in a random drawing among all eligible Sweepstakes entrants and will be contacted by email within approximately five (5) business days from the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by a computer generated random selection among eligible entrants and will be overseen by Lasvegas.com & Mandalay Resort Group. The judges' decisions with respect to the winners and other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible visitors. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the judges. The winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity within 10 days of issuance of prize notification or an alternate winner may be selected. If the winner cannot be reached by email at the email address submitted, after a reasonable effort has been exerted during five (5) business days from the Sweepstakes' administrators first attempt, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, or if the winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected. The winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcement, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these rules will result in disqualification.

5. INELIGIBLE FOR THE CONTEST: Void where prohibited by law. Employees of, Lasvegas.com, Mandalay Resort Group and its subsidiaries and affiliates, their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses and household members) and those involved in creating, advertising, development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of the Sweepstakes and their directors, officers and agents or any other persons or entities directly associated with the Sweepstakes are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

6. CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY: It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Lasvegas.com of a change in his/her email address by emailing Sweepstakes@mandalayresortgroup.com of such change during the applicable Sweepstakes period.

7. WINNERS LIST: The winners will be posted at http://www.lasvegas.com within two weeks of the drawing.

8. DISCLAIMERS: All participants and/or entrants release Lasvegas.com, Mandalay Resort Group and its subsidiaries and affiliates and their agents, employees, officers, directors and shareholders from and against all liability, claims and damages arising in connection with entrant's participation, entry in the Sweepstakes and acceptance, receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded in the Sweepstakes as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Lasvegas.com, Mandalay Resort Group and the person or entities involved with providing an entrant internet access are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or garbled entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, viruses, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, network failures, computer equipment failure, software errors, or any combination thereof, inability to access the Lasvegas.com website, printing errors or late, lost or incomplete entries.

9. APPLICABLE LAWS: The laws of the State of Nevada and the United States of America apply to and govern this Sweepstakes, and any claims or actions in connection herewith must be brought in Clark County, Nevada. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Mandalay Resort Group reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time for any or no reason.
